We dreamed up our wonderful, high-quality residential park in the iconic location of Balatonfüred.
We dreamed up our wonderful, high-quality residential park in the iconic location of Balatonfüred. Our vision is to create a liveable, green residential area where owners enjoy spending time in both summer and winter. The residential park combines the values of a magical past with the comfort of modern times. Our buildings are spaciously arranged on a huge plot of more than 2 hectares, with 7 buildings and a total of 91 apartments. The size of our park is unique in itself. The area surrounding the property, which serves as a kind of green oasis, covers an additional 2 hectares, where a public park is being built. We are justifiably proud of our classic-looking houses, designed by Vikár & Lukács Építész Stúdió, which perfectly reflect the atmosphere of Füred. Our buildings have 4 floors, with the smallest apartment measuring 58 m²,2and the largest 130 m².2The penthouse apartment is located on the top floor and is the only one on that level.
The basement level houses storage rooms and garages. The ground floor apartments have their own gardens, while the upstairs apartments have large loggias, where a shading system will be installed. This solution allows us to integrate the terrace into the living space of the apartment and at the same time we pay homage to the unique appearance of the villas in Füred. The outdoor pool and sauna house provide a great opportunity for residents to get to know each other and participate in community life. A barbecue, ping-pong table and playground will be built in other parts of the garden.

Balatonfüred was an attractive town even in the distant past, where writers, poets, artists and sportsmen spent their time, as even in the 19th century it was possible to recover, recharge your batteries, play sports and, of course, have fun here.
Füred was also dear to Lujza Blaha, Mór Jókai, Ferenc Deák, István Bujtor, but the list could go on and on.
Füred was the first in so many things:
The first Anna Ball, for example, was held in 1825. In 1846, the first steamboat set sail from its port – named Kisfaludy. The first Hungarian sailing club was also founded here.
Balatonfüred is home to Hungary's largest heart and rehabilitation centre. Its clean air, parks with ancient trees, the wonderful Hungarian sea, Lake Balaton, and its hydrotherapeutic waters attract thousands of tourists every year.
It lies among rolling hills, where our ancestors grew grapes on sunny slopes many-many years ago. This is how it became the international city of grapes and wine in 1987.
It is a city of European standard with beautifully rehabilitated districts and a fabulous coastal promenade. All this is within walking distance of us. Sailing enthusiasts will feel at home here, as will those who love to relax, recharge their batteries and be in nature. The two nearby towns of Csopak and Tihany are great destinations for a short trip or a swim, either by car or bicycle.

PAYMENT SCHEME
The apartment can be selected and reserved by paying a registration fee of HUF 1,000,000.
A 10% deposit is required (the HUF 1 million already paid is included in this amount), which will take place upon signing the preliminary contract, expected in June 2025.
Upon obtaining the occupancy permit, an additional 60% must be paid
The remaining 30% must be paid prior to taking possession.
